White screen at App opening

Hello,

My app shows a white screen when I open it (since yesterday evening (GMT+1)). Interestingly, my wife has still access to the app.

I have tried to delete and re-install the app, however I am stuck at the “pin code” step as no email reaches my mailbox.

Any help?

for me it’s working, maybe look at your spam, or use another email adress…
