My home screen icon did not update when I changed the info. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it displayed the changes. HOWEVER, the app no longer opens!!
I cleared the cache data in my browser, but the app still doesn’t open.
Need help.

Are you saying that even if you remove the app from your home screen and add it again, it won’t load?
What phone/operating system are you using? Have you tried it on a different one?

I use Android on my phone. The install process works fine. But nothing happens when I click on it.
I’m having this problem too
I believe I had the same or a similar problem. I was able to open my app on the browser from my notebook, but I was not able to do the same from my cell phone, nor using the browser or the home screen icon. The only thing that solved the problem was change the app name, what I only could do because my app is still in development. If it was already released, I would still have problems, because changing the app name woudn’t be an option. Anyone have any clue about what is causing this?
