Maybe you could build a few templates and then the user could choose from one of your pre-designed forms?
I don’t think you’ll have much luck the other way when it comes to different components, screen values and on-submit conditions.

Yeah I think so. It’s too much to let a user have control on a form without having access to the builder.
Thanks everyone! As I’m new to this, I’ll take some time to look into the suggestions further. It sounds like exactly what I want is not possible (except maybe by writing a script), however, I will investigate further the other solutions (like what @Lin_Altshuler posted).
I did plan on creating various templates for my user, but I want the app to be very flexible for users to create their own, so maybe I will hold off on that to start.
