Can I just say that I love seeing @david’s face pop up in the forum?! Love that the CEO of Glide gets his hands dirty and meets his people where they’re at.

Yep ! I had the same thinking.
I know some company where the IT Support team have to deal with all the issues related to their content, and what makes this community so special, is that everyone is doing it’s best !
