2 Glide Table Reference Not Successful

Dear Community

I am using 2 glide table to create a simple attendance taking function for internal staff. without using external database.

FOund the I am not able to create effective referencing when i use email as the reference between the 2 tables.

Somehow, the references does not appear at the Source.
