Would it be possible to link data from two glide tables from different teams?

Is there any way to link glide tables from different teams/plans or does it only work if they are from the same team?

Maker AND Business Plan

I’ve not tried it myself, but I’ve heard that it’s possible. Essentially, you would duplicate the existing App in your Business team, choosing the “Keep same sheet” option, then transfer the duplicate to your Maker team. This in theory will give you a separate App in the Maker team that shares the same set of tables as the original App in your Business team.
