What am I doing wrong - template column?

I have tried this in both Safari and Chrome. I am trying to add a template column. with two replacements. every time I click to add the second replacement the cancel and done button options call below my screen and there is no way to get to them. If you click off the drop down, everything goes away. Stuck until I figure this one out.

They “call below [your] screen”? If your screen is too small to use Glide, press control-minus (command-minus on Mac) a few times.

I have that issue when the browser is in normal screen mode. Full screen the browser.
