On the Pricing page, more specifically on Users, would the Visitors be the people who just read something on the page without having to log in? Does this mean the user cannot enter any data?
Correct. They could enter data as long as it’s a publicly available form, for example.
Are the user limits for each app?
I believe all user limits are per team, but if a user signs into multiple apps that are contained within a team, they are only counted as one user.
Keep in mind that a unique user is only counted once per monthly cycle if they actually sign into the app within that monthly cycle.

I understand, but it doesn’t make sense, this limits the app’s expansion to many users depending on the business model.
