Using Form Questionnaire From Sheets

Hey,

I am new to this and trying to build my first app. I’m having difficulty finding a template that will import my form questionnaire from google sheets- any advice out there on which template to pick or how to go about this issue?

Link the form in Glide to your form questionnaire sheet in GSheets.
That way, you link every column to a field the user has to populate.
