Are other users profile pics not viewable by other logged in users? When I browse the data as different users… I can see the profile pic… but trying to display it on the front end - does not display.
It depends if you have Row Owners applied in your User Profiles table or not. If they are, you’ll see the images in the data editor, but not in the layout, and not in the published App.

When you have row owners enabled, in the data editor, the “viewing as” user should see grayed out rows to show which rows are not going to be available to them in the published app.
