Hello Gliders!
The community is a great place for finding help with your Glide projects, but sometimes we need to escalate issues to the support team.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please ensure your Glide community profile email is the same as your Glide account email.
Find your email settings under Community Profile → Preferences:
Thank you!

This is a good initiative.

It totally depends if your app is private or public.

Why would it matter if your app is public or private? This is just about using the same email in this forum, as the one used to access the glide builder. It has nothing to do specifically with an app or it’s privacy settings other than the app would be within the same team account.

Sorry but I disagree, building an app with both private(B2B) and public(B2C) at the same time is adding a lot of complexity in the build. My Glide tables reflect that.
That doesn’t mean I think I’m top over, just building a B2B4C. It’s doable and in motion with screens using 2 tables at same time.

It seems like you’re talking about the wrong topic here.

Not really,
It has nothing to do specifically with an app or it’s privacy settings other than the app would be within the same team account.
I think you have misunderstood the purpose of this thread. It’s simply suggesting that you use the same email address when you create a Glide account and a Community Forum account. This is to help speed things up if you need support from Glide in the future. It has nothing to do with your app, with users of your app, or any privacy settings for your app.
If you have questions specifically regarding your app, then I suggest creating a new thread. I think you have gone off topic in this thread.

Alright, thank you Jeff.
No intent to hurt comunity. I’ll go quiet.
