Hello Gliders! The community is a great place for finding help with your Glide projects, but sometimes we need to escalate issues to the support team. To make this process as smooth as possible, please ensure your Glide community profile email is the same as your Glide account email. Find your email settings under Community Profile → Preferences: [Profile Menu > Preferences] Thank you!
