I do not undestand why my usage “syncs” transfered from one month to another. when it shows it usage restart for the date of today and im not even sure what syncs are, then I CANNOT EVEN CONTACT SUPPORT. WOW! sketchy.
What is going on!?
Syncs usually refer to each sync between Glide and any external data cases you may have linked to your app.
Plan usage usually resets at the end of your cycle. That could be your billing cycle or the the cycle or when you signed up. It doesn’t necessarily mean the beginning of a new month.
Which plan do you have?
The “not a pro” basic plan.
I’m saying though. The plan reset because I got into after and then said I couldnt access because the syncs usage. I do not have many rows.
This is my first app completed to share to even build me my subscribers list to get paid and his is happening.
Then after being here learning what I could learn to get to this point seeing the changes.

Bottom line is plan usage resets at the end of your billing cycle anyway. What’s the start date of your last billing cycle?
