URGENT! System and Apps down? Not Loading?

Ok let me know an ETA to fix that please! All my customers effected.

I’m just another user chiming in, so gotta wait for George’s reply on this one. Hope you get it fixed soon!

According to our network engineers, it appears to be an isolated issue between some ISPs and some network providers. We have had no other reports so far from any other users. There’s little we can do except wait for them to fix it. You could contact your ISP provider and ask them to try and connect to cloudflare.com or those fly links.

Thanks.
So can you confirm it anything has been fixed or changed on your end? And if any further investigation will be done?
Much appreciated!

The editor is all over the place. It loads (sometimes), then it works, then it doesn’t. Then it gives a network error… Please dont ask if its my network, Ive checked and re-checked everything else is working perfectly. I also have multiple internet service providers and Ive swapped between them to triple check. Really annoying

At the minute it just hangs with the logo

@Ian_Jansen

Where are you located?

Judging by the timezone, looks like he is also in Australia.

@Ian_Jansen - I had a similar problem yesterday, and I found that I was able to resolve the issue by clearing all Glide related cookies from Chrome. No guarantee that this will work for you, but can’t hurt to give it a try.

We are having the same issue.

All of our apps are working intermittently (and at times say they are working offline at the top - yet not offline, or some are getting a blank white screen. Occasionally updates with data). Even the development interface is extremely slow to load / does not load at all. Currently cannot even log into glide. Have tried clearing cache, etc.

We are in New Zealand.
Has been like this all day, and some of yesterday NZ time.

Is there something that has been changed in the last couple of days?

Im in Australia. Many thanks giving that a go now !!!

Chiming in, also in New Zealand (hi Wayne!), having the same issue. Apps completely down for half an hour at a time (no point doing a screen recording, it would just be endless loading screen) then up for a short time, then down again etc. Users all reporting the same issue including new users, so would surprise me if it were a cookies thing.

What I’d really love to hear is “we changed a thing which appears to have broken Glide Apps connectivity in Australia and NZ and we’re aware of the issue, it will be fixed soon”.

(had to put second screenshot in its own reply since I’m a new Community poster)

yeah, agreed.

Did you see the earlier note from @George-Glide ?

Might be worth reaching out to your network provider? Sounds like it could be a general routing issue down under.

All the network providers in the whole country?

Sorry, that was very short and snappish! I just don’t actually believe that it’s an ISP issue when users in parts of Australia and throughout New Zealand are all reporting that all of a sudden Glide Apps are mostly not loading today. No other general internet issues, and there aren’t users saying “oh it’s been fine for me”, it’s universal here. Highly frustrating when we have time sensitive projects on the go.

It’s okay, I understand that it must be frustrating.
Just to be clear, I don’t work for Glide, I’m just trying to be helpful. I’ve tagged George, so hopefully he’ll see this thread again and provide an update.

I get that! Thanks for trying to help :slightly_smiling_face:

Gave it a go. It seemed to work for about 30 minutes then it told me I could only view not edit. Went out and tried again - now all I get is a blank screen. Not even the logo. Id be interested to understand if others in Australia are experiencing different results. I dont think its the service providers. I was on Aussie Broadband, then tried it on Starlink now on a hotel’s network in another city. Still the same. I’ll read through other people’s experiences and see if I can pick out a thread

Australia

Aussie user here with the same issue since yesterday, I posted about it Dashboard not loading

Issue still occurring with all my apps and customers. They need to investigate this further and give us an answer.
