As per the attached document, I have a paid Maker plan with Glide. However, when I access my profile, it shows as a Free plan, and I’m unable to add users. The screen keeps loading without progressing.
I need this issue resolved urgently, as I have clients depending on this functionality.
I didn’t try and this just happened. I’m desperate, because it appears as a Free plan and I have paid for it. I need to adjust for the sake of my clients.
Nothing appears and I can’t talk to your support, because it only allows for the paid plan, but my plan is paid, I don’t know why it went back to free, I have the correct proof of payment
If it can’t connect to determine your plan and features, then it’s going to show as Free. I honestly don’t think your plan has reverted to Free. I think you are having trouble connecting to all of the glide services at the moment. That’s why I asked if you have tried different devices or a different Internet connection to see if that resolves it.
Another thing to try is to clear your browser cache.
But is it back to normal? So it’s showing as free due to a bug? It takes a while to get back, do you have any contact details so I can speak to support?
Can you show us what column types do you have for the user profiles table? Do you have a column for each of the name, email and image with text, email and image types?
