Maker Plan Bug

Hi Team,

I need buy today the maker Plan, but i cant, please help me with the following infolog

Could you log out of your Glide account, open an incognito window, log in to Glide again in the incognito window and try making the payment there?

I’m not saying this will solve your issue, but it’s an idea.

The problem persist, i really need buy today.

For billing issues, I think you would need to reach out to Glide support: bottom right there is a chat bubble.

I CANNOT start a conversation since I only have the free plan, and the IA agent doesn’t help me at all

I have tested as an admin of a free plan to get in touch with support. They got back to me within half a day.

I really don’t know if I did anything special but I don’t think so. I would insist on the chat bubble until you get through to support.
