I have invited a user to my app (manually, through the “invite user” option).
For some reason he didn’t get the magic link and now he cannot access to the app.
He tried through a login page with a code, but the field for the code seems to be blocked so he cannot type the code.
Because he is written an “invited” I cannot erase him and re-invite him. Look:
How can I force the system to send him the email with the magic link? like this:

This is related to a security incident earlier this year.
What is your privacy setting? Can he just get access to the app link and login with PIN/Google authentication?
Check the access settings in your app on the right panel if its public or private, and the users’ table is set.

I’d rather do login with email and password, is that possible?

That’s the problem.. as I wrote, he gets the code (PIN) to his email, but for some reason cannot type the code where he needs to, he says the field is blocked
What do you mean by “blocked”? What are they seeing?
He is trying to press the PIN field but no reaction, might be something in his browser of mobile, i’ll check.
The real question is - how can I work around this problem and send the magic link or make a simple email and password login?
Email/Password is not an option, so that’s out.
I don’t have an answer to resend the magic link. I don’t know why you are only given one opportunity send it. It’s not something I use.
PIN should work. Maybe have them try a different device to try to narrow in on the problem.
