Urgent Data Sync Issue: Conditions Not Reflecting in Glide App

I’m encountering a critical issue with my Glide application and suspect it might be a system-side problem. I’m experiencing a situation where data is not being entered or updated in my Glide app, despite the conditions I’ve set being met.

My setup is standard: I’m using Google Sheets as my data source and am not dealing with big data. Currently, I have approximately 100,000 active cells spread across 11 sheets. My application also experiences moderate activity, with about 100-150 clicks per day.

This issue is significantly impacting my ability to use the app effectively and continue with my work. I’ve double-checked my conditions and data entry processes multiple times, and everything appears to be correctly configured on my end.

Could you please investigate if there are any known issues or provide guidance on how to troubleshoot this further? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as I rely on this application for my daily operations.

Some clarifying questions:

  • Which plan do you have? (check in the top left corner of the builder, important to know if you have a current or Legacy plan)
  • Can you clarify please: when data is changed via your App:
    – The changes do not reflect in the Glide Data Editor, or
    – The changes do not reflect in the attached Google Spreadsheet, or
    – Both of the above
  • If you make changes directly in the attached Google Spreadsheet, do these changes reflect in the Glide Data Editor?
  • Does a manual data sync return any errors?

If when you say “100,000” active cells you mean 100,000 rows then it’s way over the 25k limit and would be the reason for the sync to stop working.

If that’s not the case, check for an orange triangle beside the google sheet at the bottom left of the data view. If it’s not syncing it should tell you why.
