Hello, they cannot log in to the application because I have exceeded the update limit. I can’t find any clear information anywhere when this limit will be reset, can you help? (legacy free)
The limit resets every month. You might want to enable unlimited updates if you want your application to continue working properly. But, know that enabling unlimited updates will be billed for each update. The price is shown when you enable that option.
We have passed the beginning of the month, but it still has not been reset, is there a problem?Where is the exact date of when it will be reset?
The reset date is the day you bought your paid paid.

Unlimited updates are not an option on any free plan.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think on the Legacy Free plan updates are counted on a rolling 30 day basis. Either that, or monthly starting from the date the plan was created.
So I was right for the day of reset?
In this case, do I have to wait for it to be reset? So is it something that’s certain to be reset? Is it going to be reset for sure?
All limits are reset every month as far as I know.
Did you identify where your updates are coming from? Maybe you can look for a way to reduce them in preparation for your new month.
I think you might find that will always show from one month ago until the current date. Which I think confirms what I said earlier:
I just looked at 4 other Legacy Free accounts I have access to and they all share the same Oct 3 - Nov 3 dates. I never noticed that it was on a rolling 30 day basis.
