Sometimes when using this function it will text the customer “undefined”

Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t?
I’ve never used the Twilio integration, and I wonder from your screenshot if the recipient column better not be a basic column (instead of computed).
Can you show us the set up of the Recipient value? It looks like it’s a special computed column?
