Twilio Workflow Issue

I wondered if anyone might be able to support with the below request please?

I have created a simple CRM which allows users to send a whatsapp message via Twilio within the the app. I have entered the Twilio Account SID, Auth token and sender number correctly.

When I fire/test the workflow (add new row to table) it says it’s all working (and successful) but the Whatsapp is not being received by 'To Number" (this is in correct format too).

Any ideas please?

Can you go into your Twilio console, check the logs to see if the message is indeed sent? It should show in the logs.

Sometimes, you might find that you’re sending to a country you have not enabled. At least that’s my best guess.
