Can anyone help me with the twilio whatsapp integration?

I’m setting up an action in my application so that when a user sends a comment on a post, the other user receives a notification on WhatsApp.

I set up the number, the SID, the token, and the action. In the Glide section, everything seems to be fine when I send the action, but when I go to the Twillio logs, this error appears:

Does anyone have any idea what I can do? The Glide tutorial doesn’t mention anything about Twilio templates, so I’m confused about what needs to be done.

I think when you’re sending a message initiated by the business, you must use a pre-defined template.

The “window” they refer to here means this:

If a user replies to the template message or messages your application first, it starts a session that lasts for 24 hours after the most recently received message from the user. Your application cannot send messages that don’t conform to a pre-registered template unless they have an active session .
