Having some issues being reported from team members after we switched to a subdomain. They are unable to type anything into the email text field on the login screen. Wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue?

They can’t login with either method. It looks like it won’t show their keyboard. Getting them to update their OS and restart their devices.
They restarted their device and it worked. Latest iOS 18.4 update.
