I have at least one user who is trying to use the mobile app and no keyboard is showing up when she tries to log in. She TAPS in the email entry space but there’s no keyboard with which to enter data. Earlier she deleted the app and is trying to reinstall it because the same thing happened when she was trying to enter data in the app itself. Anybody have an idea how to fix this so the keyboard will show up?
Never mind, I found the solution. It’s an apple problem, not a Glide problem. Just restart the phone and it’s fixed.
