Hi Glide community!
A user of our app found that the keyboard didn’t pop up when trying to enter text data. See picture. I’ve seen on previous posts that this is an OS issue. Is that the case. I’d really like to report back to them.

I didn’t have any problem getting the keyboard to pop up when tapping on the name field. I’m running Android. What OS and version is your user using? Are they using a third party keyboard? I’d lean towards a keyboard issue on their particular device. Maybe a restart of the device would help…
I see this happening in my apps today. in pro app as well. iphone 13
