Keyboard pushes screen up and gets stuck?

Hi Glide

Having an issues when using an IOS device (iPad) in this case. When holding the device in landscape. When clicking into a text field the keyboard pushes the screen up and when the keyboard retracts leaving the screen pushed up in most cases. i have add photos as reference.

Any ideas how to fix? is this a Glide or IOS glitch?
