Good morning Glide Team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with one of my Glide apps and I urgently need assistance.
For the past two days , I have been unable to create or delete columns in this specific app. The app currently contains around 18,000 rows . I am still able to create new rows without any problem, but whenever I try to add or remove a column, the action fails.
Here’s what I’ve already checked:
- My internet connection is stable
- I tested other Glide apps , and I can create columns there without any issue
- I tried duplicating the app to protect or recover the data, but the duplication process does not complete — it simply redirects me back to the app layout
- I contacted the AI support agent (Finn) and followed the suggested steps, but the issue remains unresolved
At this point, it seems like the problem may be related to a specific table or internal app structure, but I’m not sure.
Could a member of the Glide team please:
- Investigate what might be blocking column creation/deletion
- Check whether a table, data limit, or structural issue is causing this
- Help me recover the ability to duplicate the app
This app is very important to my work, and I’m currently blocked from continuing development.
