App data clean and doesn't save

I have a client that told me he couldn’t duplicate de app, so when I went to check, clicking duplicate just open the app, but doesn’t duplicate. The whole data tab is empty, and adding rows and etc doesn’t save, if I open again the app, it’s clean again. What’s happening? There’s no error message, just literally nothing happens with this app.

Also, when trying to create template so I could copy the app again, this error appears: App doesn’t have access to table native-table-vW2Gzs61nvH7nrM9lbxX with native table ID M1MCT5xv4egqljXLCX3E

What can I do?

Actually, is like the app doesn’t exist, when I enter the app, there’s no data, when I try to duplicate it, it doesn’t duplicate, just open the empty app, when I try to copy template, there’s this error message.

No, I encountered that problem too, but that one happens after a template was created, you can’t copy the template, mine is before, I can’t even create a template, I just needed to duplicate the app in order to change a few things, but It’s like my app doesn’t exist, in Usage shows 0 rows, after entering the app, every row that I add, disappears after I enter again the app.

How many rows are you having in that app? Do you use any data sources other than Glide Tables/Glide Big Tables?

I don’t know how many rows, since in usage it says 0 rows, and when entered the app it doesn’t have any row in any table (and if I create row, this row is deleted after closing the app)

Can you recreate that behavior in a video so support can look into it?
