The swipe HACK

The app is copyable

Swiping through a list would be so cool - forwards and backwards

Well, it is actually possible if you are willing to do some hacking.

Will this work in the future - I don’t know - as it seems as Glide does not like to do it out of the box. So they might cut away what can be done today.

If you filter the swipe to only access the first row, then you can increment a single cell and use that increment value for a relation to each row and lookups to pull the values into the first row, then it gives a little smoother experience. That’s what I did with my calendar. Everything is built from the 37 rows, but only the first row is used for display purposes.

Hope that Glide will make forward and backwards standard possibility so we don’t to do tricks
