Downgraded a team as the app is not needed for a couple of months. But I still want to work on the app. For some reason I am no longer able to upload to an image column. Works on another team that is paid, but not the free team. I can use the stock image option to add an image, but it won’t let me upload my own.
Also had a whole series of components disappear - is there any way to restore an app to a previous time?
As I’m not the owner of the team, I can only access the Usage page, which no longer seems to show file storage (I think that’s now kept in the billing section?).
I would imagine the team is close to, or over the storage limit, however, I’m only wanting to replace a current image with another one that’s the same size. I’m trying to do this through the Glide builder, not through the app itself. I understand that downgrading will make rows over the limit invisible etc., but surely we can still make edits to the app in the builder?
Do these components tie to any paid actions? Are they paid components themselves?
No, none of them are. Even if they were - surely they would just be disabled rather than completely removed? The tab in question had a very large amount of components so rebuilding is not an option. Every component has completely vanished.Thankfully a duplicate of the app exists so I am able to use that if need be.
Tbh, I suspect that the owner of the team, who has no idea about Glide, might have accidentally deleted them. They swear they never touched it though!
Thanks, I thought we might still be able to edit in the builder but all good. As for the missing components, no idea what happened, just glad I had a duplicate of the app
It is possible that someone changed the Style at the tab level.
This will reboot/delete the entire layout of the tab by erasing all the components, without warning.
The behavior is unfortunately quite insidious. Two little harmless clicks will do it: select a tab, select a different design style. Boom, all components are gone.
