i bought template for free teamt but i need it in my paid team, how can i reverse it?
I’ve never bought a template, but logically you would not be able to reverse this.
Teams are somewhat independent from one another, they can have different plans and different paying methods. If you could transfer or copy a template from one team to another, in theory you could purchase a template once and pass it along to every company on this planet.
So unless there’s a bug or I misunderstand something about templates, you won’t be able to benefit from your purchase in another team. You would have to contact support or the publisher of the template to troubleshoot your issue.
