Summing totals by column and cell

Need some help with this one please.

How can I total each column but have the sum relate to the recipients email?

So for example, for Sarah Smith, I need a column titled Breakfast Total and the value would be 2 (as opposed to the 14 I get with rollup) based on the screen shot?

Create a multiple relation linking recipient back to itself. Then create a rollup column that sums the breakfast column through that relation.
