Can I store the files and images in the glide app so that our glide app users can access those files when there is no internet connection or download those files to there local storage
When you add files or images to your Glide App, the files themselves are stored in Glide Cloud storage, and a link to the files is stored with your App.
So the short answer is no. An internet connection is required to download any files or images.
That said, you might find that some images are displayed in your App when offline. This would be because your browser has a copy of the images in its cache.
