Special Values: Automatic date / time capture no longer available?

I am using the newest Apps version of Glide. Is there no longer a Special Values section that included capturing date/time automatically? I am using a Form Container and do not see it in the components.

I can add the Date/Time in the form as a selectable field, but that is not optimal user experience.

Other suggested workarounds? Maybe an auto-calculated field to add the date as a new row is added.

When using a form container, the option is located on the right (for whatever reason).
