Special Value in Form Not Working Properly by Today

Today our members tried to input prospect through the form

Previously this special value (date and email) was recorded perfectly (about 341 records), but today we’ve got this problem, all prospect we input to the form was not record the special values (date and email).

This is a bug we fixed recently. Is it still occurring? Can you see the special values in Glide on the form screen?
