Welcome to Glide’s community forum.
Do you notice this behavior both on desktop and mobile, or only on mobile?
Thank you for the quick response. Good question, i’m currently in the free plan testing it out. I have a client who’s really active and when i login i get the message that the team has reached row limit. Could this be the problem? The app has 630 rows, the team has around 2000 rows in total over 4 different apps. I have 4/3 private users but i changed to public. I thought the free plan has 25k rows?
Can you exit the builder (where you build the app), this will bring you to the Glide dashboard. Below the name of your team, do you see “Free” or “Legacy Free”?
A screenshot would be useful.
Dammit, it legacy free… that was 500 rows
There seems to be a bug whereby Free plans have inherited limits from the Legacy Free plan. Your issue has been escalated.
I thought i made the app in de free team
Can the app be moved to a non legacy team?
You probably did and there seems to be a bug with the Free plan and Legacy Free plan. You are not the first to report or notice the issue.
Right now there’s not much you can do but be patient until Glide address the issue.
But the team is legacy and not free, or had the bug changed that too?
The app you are working on is on a Legacy Free plan, and apps on those plans cannot be moved to another team. But you could try.
Or how about upgrading the team from Legacy Free to Explorer, move the app to a team of the Free team, and cancel the Explorer plan. You would have credit leftover which you might be able to get reimbursed by contacting support.
Thank you for your quick answers, pff this is a real problem. Seems i can’t move apps between teams…
Can apps be moved between teams?
You can move apps in and out of paid teams.
So both teams have to be paid?
The team you are sending from needs to be on a paid plan. The team receiving can be on any plan, whether Free, Legacy Free or a paid plan.
Thank you, that’s clear… i found this topic really confusing: How to migrate an app from a team to another - #8 by David_Dalloca
Could you create a new team which should automatically be set to the Free plan? If you are successful creating a new team on the Free plan, you should be building your projects in there, not from inside a team on the Legacy Free plan.
