You probably added an Add Row action On Submit of the form. Forms already create a row on their own. If you add an Add Row action On Submit, then it creates another row. Remove the Add Row action, and instead add componentst to the form, such as User Profile components, Column components, or Special Value components.

Add record and then allow user to edit

If you’re just trying to get the signed in user’s email, don’t add entry components and then hide. Use the Screen Value, User Profile, or Special Value components. From the looks of it you should be using the User’s Email Special Value component. There’s no reason to show entry components if you aren’t going to use them. [image] [image] [image]
