I feel like I have a bug on an application hosted in a free space, on 
sending emails after filling out a contact form.
My total of updates is good and my form is correctly installed, however after each submission to the form, I have the message ERROR
However, the contact and the message fit well in the database
Do you have the same concern?

Good for you
You can’t send emails on a free plan. You need a paid plan for that ability.
