Row owner problem to me

I have the orders tab display orders if users place the order.its working.but when I make glide users email as row owner,
1.placing an order from email1 displays orders in email2 orders table.am I missing something?

2.placing an order from email1 doesn’t show in email2 orders history and vice-versa.

I want both things in order tab and order history tab.
Orders tab for admin app
Orders history tab for that particular users.

I’m not sure I get the problem here. In what table are you using the row owner? Can you attach some screenshots or a video?
