Rollup data appears different from the layout dispay. What am i doing wrong.Total in data is 75 but on Layout is 68

Your Rollup is referencing data under row ownership. If the user does not have access to the data, then the rollup will reflect that on the front end of the application. What you see in the data editor is wrong.

the column has no row ownership. With normal Text it works but with rollups the data value is different at the layout

Show the configuration for the rollup column and the column of values that it is rolling up. I’m not convinced that row owners aren’t playing a part somewhere in your setup.

Ok. Where is Total Mem rolling up data from?

Still trying to put all the pieces together from your screenshots and undstand the table structure and how everything hooks together, but I do see that you are previewing as ‘anyone’, meaning if you did have rows owners somewhere, then I would expect the rollup counts on the front end to be zero.

In one screenshot you are showing what happen to be a big number component. In the other screenshot you are showing a chart. They appear to be related in that they show the same issue. My next question would be if you have any filters applied somewhere, either on the screen or in the chart itself.

With the Big Numbers, Was trying other dashboard components to know the cause of the error but they all gave the same value

I’ve sat on this for a bit just to see if anything would come to mind, but based on what you’ve shared, I’m not seeing anything wrong in your screenshots. The situation screams row owners to me. The data editor ignores rows owners, while the app respects them, so that is usually why people view differences like this.

You say that you do not have row owners in any of the tables, and like I mentioned earlier you are previewing the app as anyone, which is the same as no user. Maybe it would be worth previewing as different users to see if the results change in the app. If they don’t then maybe you will need to contact support using the chat bubble in the lower right corner of the builder.
