Required filed

Just want to confirm this.

If I have a required field on my edit page/form page, but it has visibility conditions. The “required” enforcement doesn’t come into play until the component is visible.

I thought it was enforced regardless, but it seems like I was wrong, I just want to confirm.

The “required” enforcement doesn’t come into play until the component is visible.

That is my experience.

You would not want to enforce a ‘required’ field if it was not visible to fill in or edit.
