Relation component not showing

Hi there,
I’m trying to display a relation component inside a tab but it’s not displaying anything.
Here’s a screenshot:

As you see in the screenshot above, my user relation is not displaying anything. If I go to my other tab “My gems” and I want to display the relation component it’s working just fine.

L.E: It seems that I see it only if I’m logged in as that particular user. Otherwise, I can not see it.

How can I make this work also for anyone regardless of who I’ve logged in as. Basically to make the users publicly visible for everyone.

Does Row Owners enabled in your Users table?

Yes, it is.
