Red text on green not accessible

Describe the bug:
When logging on for first time, user received this error message which is difficult to read due to color contrast and makes it not accessible.

Expected behavior:
Should be stronger contrast and color accessible.

How to replicate:
I’m not sure why this message is even showing up for the user so not sure how to replicate. Error says “This email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another”
