User Denied

Hello! We have a “public with email” app and one user is being denied access after her first use.

At her first attempt everything went right, she navigated through the app, and now as she tries to log in again a message shows up saying “The email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another.”.

Any idea why this is happening? I can only think that it’s because she is trying to log in from an incognito tab…

One of my users had this problem shortly after last nights outage.
Restarting the app resolved it for him.
Perhaps that might also work for your user?

I have also seen this when a user is not connected to the internet. Would seem obvious, but do make sure they have an internet connection.
