Recurring issue of Limited updates on Free Plan

This is the thread I was referring to regarding free updates:

Unlimited updates in FREE plan?

Greetings, I am making an MVP and I created a new account to get the new FREE plan for unlimited updates to test the builder and see the limits of what I can do on it for free. However, now there is an Update limit of 1000 updates showing up in Usage pane. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something? I believed there are no actual Updates in the new FREE plan. Thank you for your answer.
