Problems entering the expert program

Good evening, everyone. I hope you’re all doing well. I’d like to know why I can’t use the Expert Hub app. Since I’m part of the Expert Hub program, have the corresponding certifications, and have certain clients with the respective plans, when I log in to Expert Hub, it only returns me to the normal GlideApps app, but doesn’t go any further.

I also understand that I can access the GlideApps Slack. How can I do that? I need help.

Edit: For anyone else stumbling across this thread… issues with authenticating into a Glide app are often due to an email address mismatch.
