I have a problem regarding 2 details screens which seem to be connected.
However I would like to be able to customize them differentfly (I would like to only display information on the User’s profile details screen).
When I modify one of the detail screens it automatically modify the other one.

Hello Théo,
In the flow of your ‘Ongoing’ tab change the action on Item click to → Show New Screen. That should do the trick.
Details screens are persistent throughout your app. If you want an independent screen then show new screen is the way.
Just to be 100% clear on that, it should be Show New Screen → This item
