Problem email

Hello,

I have a problem with the sfr.fr or free.fr or orange.fr e-mail addresses.
Users are not receiving their PIN codes to connect to the Level Maker application: greps.glide.page

Do you have a solution to this problem?

Usually when we see problems like this, it stems from the email providers blocking Glide’s email. Your best bet might be contacting their support to see if there’s indeed a block from their side.
