I’m trying to switch to a custom domain with the pro app. I have approval for the DNS connection as shown here
but when I press DONE, nothing happens!? The tab goes away and it just goes back to my app screen.
What am I missing?
This mean you are done. Try opening your new domain on a new computer.
Your domain is ververy.app, not www.ververy.app.
You can configure www.ververy.app to redirect to ververy.app with your domain name provider.
omg i had no idea that www could actually inhibit the connection. thank you.
how do i configure that so it doesn’t happen to anyone else? adding the www, do i have to buy another domain?
No, you own ververy.app so you can have anything.ververy.app for free 
Your domain registrar should have some instructions for setting up a redirect.
