Pro account - Google Sign In - Why emails are anonymous?

Hi there

We have a pro account but the emails are comming in an anonymous way, can someone explain why is this happening?

Go to settings and enable Collect Real Email Addresses

I have done that but still emails are anonymous :confused:

Only emails received after turning it off will no longer be anonymous. Did you try to collect more emails after turning it off?

it worked now, I am not sure why but I always had it enabled… I switched off and on and its all good again… thanks guys!
